Mesh covers were invented to allow water and melting snow to drain back into the pool, rather than build up on top of the cover.  They allow you to have a truly safe pool cover without having to install a pump to keep the water off the cover.

While Standard Mesh Covers offer safety, functionality and low maintenance, they are not as durable and versatile as the Advanced Mesh Covers.

However, if you do not plan to stay in your home long, or simply want a safe cover, for as little as can be spent… then a Standard Mesh would be an ideal option.
